Should water be coming out of the two slots on the exhaust housing on the back of the motor when it is running. Water comes out of the pee hole. Does this motor have a thrmostat and if so, Where?
This motor acts like its starving for fuel at full throttle. You can push in on the primer switch and it will surge then let off and it will surge again. Then it runs about half throttle it seems Occasionaly it runs perfect. Fuel Pump? The primer bulb is between the tank and water seperator...
