    1997 200 EFI Offshore stalls

    ser #0G541432. Motor stalls as if ignition switch were turned off, warning beeps heard immediately after stall (as if ignition turned back on). Oil OK, temp OK, plenty of oil smoke. Always restarts easily. Seems effected(worse)in rough water. Is there a mercury tilt cut out? Diagrams show it but...
