It's a 1995 60 hp mercury. The boat sat over winter without being fogged.we were told that there was water in gas tank.tank was drained twice. We are using a new portable tank with fresh gas.All parts were cleaned & plugs.the motor started on the second turn on a flush kit. ran great at idle...
