    96 90HP Evinrude No Reverse, Neutral is in gear after changing Waterpump

    This beast shifted fine until I changed the water-pump. Once I got it back together, I have no reverse and it staying in gear in Neutral. I can see the shift rod moving when I look at it from the side and seems to be trying to shift.

    Overheat Buzzer

    Probably real simple. I just installed a used '85 VRO 150 Johnson V6. The motor has NOT even been run yet. When I turn the key ON (not to the full starting position but just ON) the Overheat Alarm stays on. I know it's not overheating. I hasn't ran yet. Easy fix?????

    Steering real free.

    2000 Suzuki 200hp on a 25' CC. The steering has a TON of play in it and when you go to turn, you have to crank and crank. It's getting freer everyday. Is this a low fluid issue maybe? THANKS in Advance!
