    91 70 JOHNSON

    MY 91 70 HP JOHNSON ENGINE IS LOCKED IN THE DOWN POSITION AND THE MOTOR FOR THE TRIM AND TILT IS NOT RESPONDING. I KNOW THE MOTOR IS GETTING 12.66 VOLTS TO THE 2 WIRE CONNECTOR GOING TO THE MOTOR SO THE MOTOR IS MOST LIKELY SHOT. MY PROBLEM IS THAT THE MANUAL RELEASE VALVE SCREW HAS BROKE OFF...
