The stator voltage at the green/white and the white/green is approx 270 to 290 vs 250 to 330 in the manual, in spec but low. The primary at the coils is 175 to 275 vs 250 to 320 in the manual, i would say out of spec at idle. It passes an ohms test.

It's on this forum. It is very simple to build. I need to get a set of piercing probes to do more testing. Unlike the resistance tests where you can disconnect and probe you need to get readings while everything is connected.
I built a DVA and tested the Stator charge coil and that passed. The Primary coil test i'm not sure. It's says to use an Orange wire, there is no Orange wire.
I said I did that and there was no change. The stator tests good. I guess I just need to replace it because the tests they have in the manual obviously don't work. From what i've seen in other people's experience with the same problem I may have to replace every part and it still won't run.

I see no solution for a couple of people with this same problem, even when they threw two
new ECM's at it. I've tested everything I can test and everything is good. Even if I wanted to go to replacing the ECM they aren't available new, so that would be a crap shoot. Has anyone seen this
