Throttle position sensor
96 Mariner 225 magnum efi. While testing the TPS I have 4.75 volts going in on the blue and yellow wire. With key on throttle closed I have 3.76 volts coming out on the blue with red wire. (Should be 0) With key on press the throttle slowly volts drop to
.74 volts...
