I have an old (c 1970) 4 HP Evinrude. When I trialled it I had to keep pumping the Squeeze section of the tubing leading from the tank. The dealer said he would fit a new fuel pump but just six months later I have the same problem.<br /><br />Could the fuel pump diaphragm be gone again? So...
