    Intermediate spark at plugs

    I have a 1975 model 50hp evenrude that is not firing properly. when i get fire to the plugs it fires right up. The problem is that it doesn't produce a spark all the time. This happens on both plugs. Is this a power pack problem? thanks in advance for any suggestions or advice.
