I have a 1995 Evinrude 90 Hp V4 60 degree model and the warning horn goes off every 30 seconds for a short noise. It sounds like the low oil warning sound but there is plenty of oil in the tank. It started only at idle but now does it at all speeds. It even does it with only the key turn on...
