Is a 78-80 50 hp merc 3 cyl lower unit compatible with my 85 50 hp 4 cyl engine im trying to figure this out before i take mine in for repairs if it does i would buy this engine for the lower unit mine has went bad and i can replace that myself so cn anyone tell me if they can be swapped out...

Just had the hub in the prop replaced thinking that was the problem but my prop still isnt moving unless i bring my motor up then it moves a little bit can anybody out there help me out it wont move in reverse either
