Trying to figure out the right head part number for a 98 crossflow to raise the compression. Read a old post by Dhadley here at iboats and he listed the numbers 503 and 504. But over at scream & fly B.Leonard listed 502 and 503. My motor has 504 and 505 on it. I'm confused on what part numbers...
I have a 98 115tsl evinrude, 20 inch shaft, will a powerhead with the part number 398604, year 1988 110-115hp, bubble back, fit my motor? Does the term "C Drive" make a difference? Thanks for any help!!
I have a 98 evinrude 115 spl and was wondering if anyone knew if a set of 1970 115 evinrude heads would interchange. The next question are these older heads a smaller cc ? Would they add compression? Thanks for any info.
