have a 1976 70 h.p. evinrude. started the motor 3 or 4 times with mufflers put it on the water and it ran well until i let it sit and idle for about 10 minutes. Tried to go again and it really bogged down and wouldn't come out of it. I drained the tank, cleaned the filter and sprayed the carbs...
