Does anyone know which of the dealers in the Houston, TX area are Nissan parts dealers? I need to get a water pump rebuild kit and prop shaft seals for a 40D.

I started my Nissan 40D last weekend. I now have an oil leak from the propeller shaft. I was wondering if the shaft seal can be changed by pulling the propeller or do I need to pull the lower unit. What type of grease should I use on the seal?
