I have a 75 4 stroke mercury outboard . Doesn't seem to be charging , I've tried with the basics first installed a new battery cleaned all connections still no charge . With engine running in all rpm ranges My multi meter shows 12.35 to 12.40 volts . What should I be charging at ? Does anybody...
