i have a 1990 force 120 and need a new tilt motor. mechanic said the magnets are screwed. does anyone know if its a 3wire or 2wire or does it matter and it bolts to side of engine (3) bolts. also i believe i have two relays inside engine and a trim switch on center console thank you
please help i have a 1975 proline 17ft cc it weights 1020 lb i have a 120 force motor with a 19in stainless prop. heres my problem, when at full power eg 5200rpms the boat dives hard to the left it scares me bad. i have contacted the mechanic he said he has no idea but to get trim tabs. mabey...
:confused:can anyone help me? i have bought a 1975 17ft proline with a 1990 120 force very low hours aprox 70 hrs mechanic has maintained motor since new. how fast do you think this boat should go?? hull weight 1000lb motor i think is 298lb boat is max rated for a 100hp any help ?
