Sorry but I have another rookie question.. I just bought a tracker.. it has a 40 hp Johnson on a CMC power tilt and trim bracket.. the main control for the power tilt and trim are on the throttle handle, but up front where my trolling motor plugs in there is another set of tilt/trim control...
