If you were going to replace an engine, who would you purchase from? I'd read and heard some bad comments about SBT. What about PMC North America or others? If you recommend someone do they have a site you can go to?
Is Thompson out of business? I thought I had read some where that they had gone bankrupt. I checked the NADA book on line and they don't show anything after 1997. Thinking about a mid 90's model but kind of leary if they are no longer around.
Does anyone know if there are any boat junk yards in the Tampa area? I and a couple of friends will be in the area for a few weeks. We were think of looking for a few misc. items we need for our boats before returning to NY state.
