    Fuel delivery

    I have one of those glass fuel filters (coming out of the fuel pump) and it wont stay filled up. I have rebuilt the fuel pump which included the 2 check valves. Even pumping the primer bulb doesn't help. What would cause this? 1986 150 HP blackmax.
