Cleaned carbs last week and boat wants to take off. But now it vibrates at full throttle and kicks up water as if trimmed all the way up. My question is. Can the shaft be to short? How do I tell if I need a longer shaft? Its not equiped with power t/t. 1974 evinrude 70 hp. model #70472 standard...
