I have rebuilt all 3 carbs. Replaced Fuel pump and hoses. Replaced power pack because 3rd cylinder was not firing. Replaced spark plugs. The motor starts/idles fine, even runs OK at low speed. As soon as boat comes up on plane, it surges. Took the cover off carbs and can see gas spraying...
