Right now I have forward and neutral but no reverse. the prop kicks in but slips in water. Whenever I adjust the cable for it to go fully in reverse I forward does the same thing.. I cannot seem to find the sweet spot.
Out of water it'll go into reverse and spin fine but in water nothing happens and you can hear it slipping sounds like. I found chunks of metal behind the propeller. I assume that's my problem lol.
I have replaced the float and cleaned the carb but it will only suck gas whenever I hold my hand over the opening the first two cylinders kick in and start running. It is just something I missed while cleaning the carb or what? The other two carbs run fine.
