    150 FastStrike surges and has no RPM

    I have a 1995 Johnson FastStrike 150 that developed a surge at all speeds and won't reach top speed. I also noticed the tach doesn't work. Any help will be appreciated.

    I have a 1995 Johnson Faststrike that developed a surge at all speeds and won't reach full speed. I also noticed the RPM gauge doesn't work either. Any help would be appreciated.
