    hello again. i have a 1957 seahorse 35hp. the control cables i have need replaced. my question is how do i get the control box teeth connector off of the cable so i can apply them to the new cables? any help will be appreciated

    i'm a little new to this outboard stuff. i have a 1957 35 hp johnson seahorse. i have it running good, but ive been pull starting. my cables as well as the wiring harness on the inside of the hood are all dry rotted. ive searched for some replacements.....wow- expensive! can i just make my own...

    hood cowl seal

    i have a 1958 johnson seahorse 35 hp that im working on. the hood cowl seal is shot. can i buy a replacement or do i just have to find something comparable that will work? any help would be appreciated!
