I have an '02 70 hp yamaha, I take impeccable care of it. Just pulled it out of the garage to run it (first time in a couple of months). The down tilt/trim works fine. About half the time I press the up tilt/trim switch, I get a click but no tilt. You don't hear the motor engage.
