K I rebuilt the carb reinstalled it and ran it for 10-15 minutes in the tank and it ran fine. Tonight I came home repair a leaking gasket(on the themostat cover) and put in new plugs (yes I gaped them correctly.) I get out to the lake get it start, get going and it just quits. I can not get it...

I just got a 5.5hp evinrude. It runs fine for about 2 minutes then it just quits. When I try to get it restarted I have to choke it and it takes at least 10-15 pulls. I have a new fuel line and am running it 24:1. What should be my next step to fixing this issue?
