I have just got this Suzuki DT2 which has been standing for some time. I managed to get the motor going, but no water seems to be coming out from anywhere. This is a water cooled motor and it must have a water outlet. Can anyone let me know please before I strip it for the water pump.

I am thinking of purchasing a Mercury 80hp. The owner is telling me that when cold the motor starts up fine but after a run when warm it's very hard to fire up again. What could possibly be the problem? Could it be the stator?<br />Thanks and regards Maurice
