    Marine Band License

    I have a new Marine Band Radio installed on my 16ft fishing boat. Do I need a license to operate this? My old radio had a license but has expired. This new radio has DSC and wants a MMSI # to be entered. Thanks in Advance Keith

    50HP Mariner 4Cyl 2 Stroke Serial # 6367525 Don't know the year. Try to start in the morning, sounds like there is no spark, can smell fuel after a few cranks. Seems to flood out real easy.
