Ok, here is what I know or have done to the motor thus far:
Has good spark from both coils
Compression is good on both cylinders
Cleaned and rebuilt carbs
new fuel lines
still has VRO pump - oil disconnected and line plugged
replaced fuel primer solenoid (was blowing fuses)

Does anyone have an electronic manual for my motor? I bought a seloc manual but it doesnt cover lync and sync. My motor will not idle, so I would like to do this after cleaning the carbs. If anyone has the pages that Im looking for, could you help me out? Thanks!
I just got this motor a few weeks ago, and finally got the ignition switch in today. I hooked it up to muffs and tried to start it, and it keeps blowing the fuse at the solenoid. It has no accessories hooked to it (tach, vro alarm, etc). I dont understand what could be causing it to blow...
I have removed all 5 bolts (this includes the one under the trim tab) and unbolted the shift linkage. Does anyone know what could be causing it not to drop? It has only dropped about a 1/4 of an inch. I half think it is just the driveshaft stuck because it has not been removed for a long...
I am replacing bad wire and hooking up my motor to the console, and need some help figuring out what some wires are for. First one is the brown wire coming out of the compression chamber:
