Motor (40 hp Force) was winterized by marina. Picked it up early to install new seats and console. It hasn't been prepped for water yet. Would like to get it into the water this weekend. I changed lower unit lube, put in new plugs. What else will I need to do to get on the water??

Tried New Prop. Still have the same problem. When going past fast idle and turning, motor is still be popp'n out-a gear. Could it be cables pulling and causing problem?? If so, how can I fix this permanently???<br />Any help would be greatly appreciated.
