    originally the engine would run 5/7 mph, when given more throttle it would die. but it would start right back up. I rebuilt the fuel pump changed fuel primer bulb . and lines from the engine side of the primer bulb to motor connection. it was doing the same scenario. I coaxed it to about 30 mph...

    There is a knob in front of the Control "Throttle Resistance." this may be a stupid question Lord knows I have a asked a few in my life. What's it purpose?
