I am finding several fuel leaks and cant figure out what this part is. It has wires and it goes to the fuel line. And everytime i pump the bulb tight it squirts out fuel on the bottom. What does this part do? Hoping someone can help out

i just bought a older champion boat, and it has a 33 gallon tank, and i just noticed today that there is one fuel line running into the motor and the other gas line connection on the motor is capped of and it is dripping fuel. should i completly seal that one off or what do i need to do? I...
I just bought this boat last week. First bass boat. My question is How many drain plugs does it have? I have noticed yesterday that i had a lot of water in the boat. The bilge was pumping for a good 3-4 minutes solid stream. Kinda made me a little nervous. Hope i dont have a leak!!
