    oars length

    HI i havea 1860 johnboat.. i have some 8 foot oars they seem a little short.. what length oars would be correct for a boat with a 80inch beam and side height from 15-22 inches out of the water depending on the load weight and height..thanks, dave..

    thrusday i drove 4 hours to pickup my brand new g3 1860 at the dealership in billings montana.... it has a galvanized trailer.. when we pluged the trailer in to my car, we turned on the emergency flashers to see if all was working and the car worked but the trailer only had running lights...

    im looking at a new 16 foot john boat with a 40 horspower 30 hp output, yamaha 4 cylinder engine for fishing and hunting the missouri river and maybe a steelhead trip to idaho, and british columbia salmon fishing... i dont want to be underpowered, but also dont want more boat than i can handle...
