After pulling covers off my boat this spring (it's a 1988 4.3 OMC Cobra)I discovered that bildge is full of water(i left the dain plug in) and about a gallon of water came out of the oil pan when i was changing oil.Any ideas on how the water would get in to the engine???? and what should i do...
