    Won't hold a belt

    My Merc 260 Inboard outboard won't hold a belt. For some reason it's chewing them up in about 2 days. What would cause this? I'm clueless!

    Anchor help please

    I'm not sure how to wire this, but my anchor has 2 wires coming off of it. I'm trying to put it on a on off on switch to go up and down. Here's where I run into problems. One wire to a positive, and ground the other one, the anchor motor pulls the rope. I can't figure out how to reverse it...
