    Can anyone tell me what a good compression ratio is for a Scott-Atwater 16 horse engine is?

    Firestone 16

    I just traded for a Firestone 16 HP engine and found out it was made by Scott-Atwater in 1956. It need a little cleaning up and a few parts replaced. Does anybody have any idea what theis motor is worth?
