    Alpha 1 Drive Using Oil

    Hi, I just picked up a 2003 Sea Ray 176. It has the Merc 3.0l with an Alpha 1 drive. I noticed after using the boat for 6 hours yesterday that the gear oil for the drive was down a bit. I can't imagine that is normal. Just looking for thoughts on this. Thanks.
