    Gas leaking from bottom of carbs

    I have a 1997 mariner magnum 40hp 4 cylinders and 2 carbs. It leaks gas out of the bottom of the carbs it drips from the throttle shaft mostly after I shut the motor off. Then drips into water and pollutes the eco system we fish and swim in thank you for your help.
