    How long will gas/oil mix last?

    Just curious. How long can you leave 24:1 oil/gas mixture in a tank before it goes bad? 87 octane, if it matters. Also, what is the best way to winterize an old 2 stroke if I put it up for the winter? 1955 QD16 Thanks
