I have and Eska 5hp air cooled outboard model number 1189. I have have had it running but it has been "chugging" pretty bad, as when the throttle is up it fluctuates in and out. It almost sounds like it is a gas flow issue but i am not sure. So far i have disassembled and cleaned the carb...
