    don't know what brand of prop you have, but I've never heard of one that doesn't need a nut to hold it on. some one has been buggering it.

    you probably want to wet sand.

    Grease the o rings on the shaft and give it a kick. Also be sure the shift linkage is position properly.

    I tend to stay indoors. Had an old cur dog that would drag them in. I miss him, not so much the tics.
