Hello everyone...! I have a little issue... I have an 1977 evinrude 140 hp outboard. bought the engine with un-known condition. replaced coils, stator, regulator, gaskets, control box for boat, and power pack. Now got it to fire and run, but i have to have the lever all the way up on the control...
