I’ve searched the Internet over and over. I catch tidbits of info on my motor. It’s a 40hp Mariner outboard motor. It’s either 1972 or 1973. It’s made by Yamaha. It’s a pull start and electric start. It has a huge 40 on the back of the cover which is supposed to be special (so I’ve read). I...
The outlet I’m guessing was wired to the battery….. keep the phone charged in case of sinking…. If it will ever stop raining here I can get back to the boat
Hi all!
First time boat owner, well it was given to me. The transom looks great, no rot or weakness that I can see. There is no floor but ALOT of foam. The motor runs from what I was told but I am not starting it up until it’s serviced and the boat is repaired.
