I've got a Honda 45, I just got it back after 6 weeks from the professionals Honda guy in my area that charged me $92.30/hr. and it now has no top end.

I have a broken off needle value in my top carb. What are my options here? If I remove the carb can I somehow remove the broken tip? I don't think drilling is an option. Should I just go look for a used or rebuilt carb? Or should I leave it alone. It idles rough and uses more gas I think.<br...
I just bought a new tilt motor on here for my 1993 Honda 45 4-stroke. Anyone have any hints in removing the old motor, installing the new and it looks like a wiring match up problem.<br /><br />Any comment would be appreicated.

Just bought a 13' whaler with the old pulley steering. I've read the old posts about wrapping the cable around the steering drum and I'm still lost. I had nothing to go by. I think I've got the rear pulley setup okay. But, how does it go around the drum or spindle HELP!!!!

Well I installed a new water pump. At idle and low<br />speed it pumps water ok but a sporadic flow and not evenly. At very high speeds it stops pumping water all together and I think it will not pump again until I take everything apart and re-assemble it again. What am I doing wrong?<br />...
