Yeah but I figured blown head gasket would be the best scenario. I found out other reasons would be like a crack in the motor or the manifold so I’m going to replace the head gasket and if one of those is the reason I’ll more than likely find out when I take everything apart
The oil in my 1996 bay liner keeps getting water in it so I’ve come to the conclusion that my motor is cracked or I blew the head gasket. Praying that nothing is cracked I’m going to attempt to change the head gasket. Have the gasket shapes changed any over the year or can I buy any 3.0 head gasket?
sometimes when I shift into drive the boat doesn’t immediately go into dive and I end up jerking the boat when it finally engages. It sounds like a rapid clicking then it engages
I’m trying to get my boat back running and today it finally cranked but after I turned it off I saw oil coming out of the exhaust exit at the back.
