is there a way to tell if you have bad relays....my tilt is stuck continuously going down (1994 evinrude oceanpro 200) took them out and swapped them around still does the same thing
My 1994 evinrude oceanpro is stuck tilting down, I have to disconnect the battery in order for it stop...I have disconnected both switches(the one on the engine and the one on the throttle handle) and it still does it so I figure it's a relay prob. Does anyone know where the relays are located...
