was wondering on a 1987 90 hp vro, why is it that i've been told that you shouldn't run the gas out of the carbs, etc the way i typically would with my old 15 hp pre-mix.( before taking out of water, unplugging gas line and letting it run till it dies). is it just so the vro system doesn't load...
new to the whole iboat group....just bought a boat with this motor. 1st experience with one. wondering pros and cons from someone who has run one. also like to know, it has a 3 wire VRO currently operational, but wondering what alarms this motor would be equipped with. selling party didn't know...
