    stuck exhaust flapper

    greetings<br />anybody have an easy way to retrieve an exhaust flapper that has blown out and is stuck in the bottom y of the exhaust. The boat runs fine but sometimes i can hear a rattle at a certain rpm and i know its the flapper.<br />1993 wellcraft 4.3 merc alpha 1

    leaky upper gearcase

    I took my 1993 alpha 1 gen 2 drive off today to grease the u joints. in my gasket mounting kit there are 2 housing gaskets. one has the extra oil passage hole and one doesnt. whoever installed the drive last used the gasket with no extra hole. the boat ran fine for many seasons like this. it...
