Still had found no moisture at all in the foam at this point but it had to go...
Ended up finding 3 more spots with pitting and one spot where a there was just a tiny bit of water between the foam and hull right under...

Several coats of epoxy on each side and the ends. I Used the epoxy from Clark Craft like saw some others here doing. I like the 1:1 mix ratio? hard for me to goof that up.
