    Aluminum Vs Stainless Prop

    I currently am running a 3 blade 15X17 aluminum prop on an Evinrude 150. <br />If I switch to a stainless prop should I keep the same dia. and pitch ?? Is there a noticable difference between stainless and aluminum props of the same dia. and pitch ??

    1992 evinrude 150

    Just bought a 1993 19' Crestliner (Aluminum hull/Deep V) with a 1992 Evinrude 150 (60 degree V6). I have put approx. 50 hrs on motor the last two months, no problems, motor runs great as of now. I am running a 3-blade 15X17 aluminum prop. Seems to have a good hole shot, tops out at 45mph...
